Titan is a structured training system built for teens and young athletes who want real results — strength, conditioning, discipline, and confidence.
Unlike random workout plans, Titan follows a 12-month progressive system where every month has a purpose and every phase builds on the last. Nothing is random, and nothing is rushed.
The program is organized into Essentials, Extras, and Monthly Challenges, so members always know what to do, how to progress, and when to push harder.
